Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to join the Write to Launch Academy (W2L). You are taking a significant step toward achieving your goals, and we commend your commitment. By purchasing a seat in this program, you will gain access to a comprehensive digital online course. We must have a mutual understanding of how the program operates. Please review the following terms carefully.

Agreement Overview

This Agreement is between Write to Launch Academy (W2L) ("COURSE") and the participant ("CLIENT"). By enrolling, CLIENT agrees to the terms outlined here and any associated proposals or payment arrangements.

Payment Terms

Program Cost:

One-Time Payment: $1,850 (subject to change).
Payment Plan: Three (3) bi-weekly payments of $680 (subject to change).

Payment Policies:

Payments may include applicable processing fees.
CLIENT agrees to either a one-time payment or an automatic payment plan. For payment plans, the initial deposit triggers automatic charges/withdrawals every 14 days for the remaining payments.
Non-Payment: Access to services will be revoked after 24 hours of non-payment. CLIENT will be notified via email in case of payment errors. Failure to resolve outstanding payments within 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the program seat and previous payments made. Payments will not be saved for a later date or a later time.

Refund Policy:

All payments are 100% non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

Charge Disputes:

CLIENT agrees not to dispute charges through their bank or third-party payment systems and waives the right to request refunds.

Disclaimer of Services

W2L and its trainers are not employees, agents, lawyers, therapists, publicists, or financial advisors. CLIENT acknowledges that W2L does not:

Procure employment, sales, or business opportunities.
Provide business management, accounting, or financial advice.
Offer therapy or counseling services.
Guarantee publicity or media exposure.
Ensure specific outcomes or guarantees.
Does not guarantee sales
Does not guarantee completion of book in 90 days or less (this is based on the client)

All services provided are professional advice only. W2L is not liable for CLIENT’s decisions or actions based on program participation.

No Guarantees

CLIENT understands that outcomes depend on individual participation and other factors beyond W2L’s control.
The program is for educational purposes only, and W2L does not guarantee results, success, completion, or financial outcomes.
CLIENT assumes full responsibility for their progress and acknowledges the inherent risks of business endeavors, including the potential loss of capital.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the program are proprietary and copyrighted by W2L.
CLIENT is granted a single-user license for personal use only and may not share, distribute, or reproduce materials without prior written consent.
CLIENT agrees not to sell, duplicate, or exploit program content for personal or commercial purposes.

Use of Third-Party Materials

The program may rely on third-party software and services to deliver content. CLIENT’s information may be shared with these third parties as necessary.
W2L is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or functionality of third-party materials or services. Any issues arising from third-party services, including data breaches or unavailability, are outside W2L’s liability.

Earnings Disclaimer

Every effort is made to accurately represent the program and its potential benefits. However:

No guarantees of income or success are provided.
CLIENT’s results depend on factors such as time, effort, resources, and individual skills.
W2L does not promote the program as a “get-rich-quick scheme.”

Ownership of Materials

All program materials, including content, strategies, and intellectual property, remain the sole property of W2L.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or use of materials is prohibited.

By enrolling in Write to Launch Academy, CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
